I'm Joel Fagans, a graduate of Millersville University with a Bachelor of Design in Interactive and Graphic Design. I am a Philadelphia-based designer with a lifelong enthusiasm for art. My passion for visual storytelling started in childhood as a visual artist and evolved in graphic design during my teens.
